My 1st workout dvd.. Chadahhh! My hubby bought this Pussycat workout dolls for me. The nice thing* You don't need any equipment for exercise except your attire ^_^ oh well, thats normal. I really love this 'cause its fun. And i enjoy dancing too. It work for me together with my diet.
